About that Pentagon "Climate Change" report...

The news of a supposedly "leaked" Pentagon report on climate change has been avidly and unquestioningly circulated and promoted by political activists. I have seen almost no one stop to check to see who is behind it. There is unfortunately a great lack of awareness that weather disturbances and even climate change can now potentially be triggered by high-technology weather modification weaponry. Some researchers in this are suspect that some recent "extreme weather events" such as the 2003 heat wave and drought in France could actually be the result of clandestine geopolitical weather warfare. If this is the case, well-intentioned but hasty environmentalists and political activists joining the bandwagon to blame "climate change" and global warming for every new weather disturbance may unfortunately be running the risk of actually helping to cover up criminal and genocidal artifical manipulations of the atmosphere.

The first place to investigate is the think tank which was commissioned to prepare the report, the California-based Global Business Network.

SRI has deep connections with SAIC, another major US govt. contractor.

SRI was also one of five partners who developed the original technology of HAARP, the pentagon's weather warfare system. HAARP just recently received congressional approval and funding for a massive upgrade of the system's operating power.

the lead social scientist at the strategic environment center at SRI which Schwarz used to direct was Willis Harman, recently deceased. He had been involved for decades in psy-op / social engineering projects run out of SRI. in particular he is known as a "futurist" whose specialty was promoting a post-industrial social paradigm. here's a blurb:

one of Harman's most famous works was a study done for SRI called "Changing Images of Man" in the early 1970s. it was never publicly released but one can find a quote here and there:

"Many of our present images appear to have become dangerously obsolete, however . . . Science, technology, and economics have made possible really significant strides toward achieving such basic human goals as physical safety and security, material comfort and better health. But many of these successes have brought with them problems of being too successful -- problems that themselves seem insoluble within the set of societal value-premises that led to their emergence . . . Our highly developed system of technology leads to higher vulnerability and breakdowns. Indeed the range and interconnected impact of societal problems that are now emerging pose a serious threat to our civilization . . . If our predictions of the future prove correct, we can expect the association problems of the trend to become more serious, more universal and to occur more rapidly."

Therefore, SRI concludes, we must change the industrial-technological image of man fast: "Analysis of the nature of contemporary societal problems leads to the conclusion that . . . the images of man that dominated the last two centuries will be inadequate for the post-industrial era."

"In 1974, Stanford Research Institute (now SRI), with funds from the Charles F. Kettering Foundation, undertook a study to determine how Western man could be deliberately turned into an Eastern mystic/psychic. Directed by Willis W. Harman (who later became president of Edgar Mitchell's Institute of Noetic Sciences), the project was called Changing Images of Man. The scientists involved sincerely believed that a turn to Eastern mysticism was the only hope for human survival."

The task of persuading the public to accept this new direction fell to one of Dr. Harman's friends and admirers, Marilyn Ferguson. She fulfilled her assignment with the publication in 1980 of her groundbreaking bestseller, The Aquarian Conspiracy.

SRI was also deeply involved in the notorious MK-ULTRA program. edgar mitchell of IONS is a long time friend of bush sr. (both are 33rd degree scottish rite masons).

another major holding of the dutch royals is ABN-AMRO (bin laden bank), which owns Schlumberger, which in turn owns half of the global oil services giant Western/Geco. Incidentally Schlumberger is now a supporter of the Association for the Study of Peak Oil.

The history of The Observer, which "leaked" the Pentagon report, is interesting too. Originally it was owned by the infamous Astor family. In 1977 it was sold to Rockefeller man Robert Anderson (ARCO, Aspen Institute, Club of Rome). In 1982, Anderson sold it to his business partner, R.W. "Tiny" Rowland (LONRHO). In the early 90s it was acquired from Rowland in an aggressive manner by The Guardian, but who knows... perhaps some of these old connections are still intact.

There could be a lot going on behind the scenes here, and numerous hidden possibilities ought to be considered carefully.
