"J'accuse..." is a TV drama in the White House Sit Room/Bunker that describes REAL AND INCRIMINATING EVENTS, that Cheney cannot explain away. - That is, why did Cheney try to personally organize a "defense" of the White House using his Secret Service and Andrews AFB's unarmed planes, when at any time he could have appealed to Rumsfeld or even Bush, to mobilize the regular military, which had armed planes? - Why didn't Cheney even tell Laura Bush at the Capital that she was in danger? - Why did Cheney not simply have his White House military liaison order up an armed air cover --a CAP-- for the White House (when, in fact, finally it was his own military liaison who did order the CAP that was eventually established--but too late for the Pentagon)? - Why were only Cheney and friends hiding in the White House bunker, when NO ONE ELSE in Washington believed they were in danger (although, indeed, they were)? The play makes clear that the answer is that only Cheney understood what was really going on an 9/11: that it was only the designated "Vigilant Guardian" planes which were being really hijacked--and he could not tell that to anyone else because HE, HIMSELF, HAD BETRAYED THE DETAILS OF THE VIGILANT GUARDIAN HIJACK EXERCISE TO THE HIJACKERS. Sorry, Mike, but you are wrong. Intellectual property law allows only the copyrighting of exact words, not of ideas. The 'idea' that Cheney alone knew about 9-11 cannot become anyone's property. Only an unique expression of such an idea can. I studied intellectual property law in a graduate-level course co-taught by the foremost expert in the field, Peter Jaszi of American University's law school, along with Martha Woodmansee, cultural historian.
